When starting this program a blue bar appears which says ' preparing trivial engine'. This bar disappears anymore. The program does not start running and when trying to shut it down, windows says 'no request'. After a while a window appears which says ' IWYUIOUHYG. exe does not react'. I deleted the program for several times and installed it new. I also rebooted the PC, but nothing happened. Please give me an advise for solving the problem
