They don't always reply to reports. I know the program works for others so your problem might be more with your pc setup than a problem with the program.

my trivia master has quit working, it does 1 day and then says done and wont do any more. i had 6 days left, i reinstalled but to know avail    help.gif  panic button.gif  help.gif
