A jury has convicted Phil Spector of second-degree murder for shooting Lana Clarkson to death in 2003.

Spector was charged with murder in the Feb. 3, 2003, shooting death of Lana Clarkson. The two had met hours earlier at the House of Blues in West Hollywood, where she had recently begun working as a VIP hostess. 

Spector claimed Clarkson shot herself with his gun.
