Give them a chance. Oscar probably isn't at his pc. If you provided the proper proof of purchase you will receive your code.

I purchased Spiderfighter 2 weeks ago.  And today downloaded the update but I need a new code I have e-mailed badgehelp twice and still nothing I followed all their directions for requesting new codes on their web site http://www.badgehelp.com/lost.htm it has been over 6 hours now, I have never had it take this long to get a code.
