Yep I think I am going to do the same.  I guess my other isn't old reliable after all because it don't even want to play the game at all.  Looks like it is time to go have it serviced.  crying10.gif

my error message had different letters in it,but mine is doing the same thing..i deleted and downloaded three different times till i finally gave up and put it aside for another six months...

Vista is a resource hog. You could try disabling all other programs to maximize performance. Do not disable your AV/Firewall

It's possible the Vista machine may need more RAM

Well it didn't work.  I still get the error message.  I never had any problems with ANY programs until I got this laptop from Dell with Vista.   I will try to download all of this on the old reliable PC later.   girls18.gif

I have not even got to redownload... I was so impressed with the site that I am having to download and run program on other computer.  OMG over 1680 Registry issues on the other computer....  no-no.gif   Thank you for wonderful programs and outstanding computer knowledge.   beer11.gif

reboot your pc
run this program http://www.download.com/Advanced-SystemCare-Free/3000-2086_4-10407614.html
redownload program from BH and be sure to save it to your desktop
