Thank you Trina. I am proud. welcome to pogocheats. The people in here are so wonderful and always willing to help out. Stop in and say hi at the coffee shop and enjoy the cookies. theres an abundance of them all around the rooms.

My grandson is now walking or shall I say running and I want to be able to run and play in the park with him this summer. Had I not lost my weight, I wouldn't be able to do this. Now I can look myself in the mirror and say I like you again.
