If his pc is going blank he has some sort of pc issue

He downloads the program and than his computer goes blank and he has restart it again. I do not think he knows what configurations he should use to make it work

Did he make the recommended changes to Vista?

What do you mean be crashing? Be more specific in order for someone to help you....

Bought the $150.00 club for my husband he plays pogo too. But since he has Vista every times he goes to get a program his computer crashes. Can someone please let me know what to do
