Nevermind - it's all fixed.  Something must have changed with Norton's Smart Firewall.  I turned it off, enabled Windows firewall. and all is well.

I download, register, and use autos but whenever I reboot, they all stop working (they don't open at all).  Badgehelp has been kind enough to reset my page several times, but I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem and can offer a solution?

I'm running Windows XP SP3 and have all updates.  Running the program as Admin doesn't work.  The only culprit I can imagine would be Norton Internet Security, but I've been running this and rebooting for quite some time with the autos continuing to work.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
