I think the older version will keep working unless you encounter the reason within the game or auto function that made it necessary to upgrade.  I'm sure Homer or someone else will chime in with more info.

hi homer ans staff been away for a while was sick my older ver of thunderpopper 5.5 works great
do i have to update it to 5.7 ? for it to keep on working
