I guess it would depend on who's doing it, I'd have to see the rest of him before I judged  giggle2.gif  No...yuck...Seriously though I used to live in an apartment in the city where this type of thing was a common occurrence and it was mostly men doing it.  Thinking back to those days it would have been preferable if some of them just keep the blinds shut!
