Mine stopped working I dlelted the auto then searched the c drive and found the last folder  deleted it and re downloaded and it has worked ever since

Thanks so much Homer it worked perfect. I have had problem for quite some time it just stopped working a couple months ago and you gave me serveral ideas of what to do and nothing seemed to work so I gave up on it ever working again unless I got a new computer or had to reformat this one. But, the more I thought about it if I could clear it completely off the computer it would do the same thing and you telling me how to do that made it work again. Thanks for you help you are the greatest.. Teresa

Homer, I am wonder how I can be sure an auto just one single auto is fully removed out of my computer so I can redownload it from the begining. Cause, I think just deleting it is not cutting it cause my TrivaKnowItAll still will not work. I think I can get it to fully remove from my computer and redownload it, it may work. For some reason when I deleted it last time it already took away that it was registered which I thought was odd. But, I can fix that if I can get it to work again. Thanks Teresa
