Cheeseburger Pie


Ingredients:

2 lb ground beef
3/4 cup bisquick
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup bell pepper
3 eggs
1 1/2 cup milk
2-3 cups shredded cheese
salt & pepper

Preparation:

Preheat oven 400 degrees. Brown ground beef and drain grease. Add bell pepper,onion, salt and pepper. Put in greases casserole dish. Mix milk, eggs, and bisquick. Beat until smooth. Pour over beef. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Bake for 1/2 hour.
