Gran, Homer's right. You need to always check for the current auto version, because Pogo has been updating the games here and there, and that causes autos to stop working. So if you have a problem, the first thing to do is check for an updated version of the auto.

Good luck!

You need to make sure you have the latest versions of the autos

I have noticed that a few like don't hit the new game button or something similar..just small things that I think are the fault of my pc because they work for e1 else. It's like my game is off set somehow..Nothing worth nagging anyone over..I am already to late for xp updates without the sp3...xp support ended in June i think..

Is it possible that the reason some of my autos don't work perfectly is I haven't got the service pack 3 for windows xp?? I have been try8ing like a nut to do the update but it always says access denied..I have done all the ideas from microsoft but no luck so far..

What auto isn't working? If you give me some detail I might be able to help.

Yes, sp3 is necessary. I have xp sp3.  I've seen that they are slowly eliminating support for certain operating systems. Service pack 3 will insure that you will continue getting important updates for xp.

Is sp3 a big necessity to have? Should I keep trying or let it go?

no, that shouldn't pose a problem with the autos not working
