Mine has done the same thing.  I emailed badgehelp@aol.com with my proof of purchase and have not recieved any answers yet, I also posted a few times in the forum but I only got 1 response to delete every file and re-download which I did and when I did that it came up expired and I cannot use it now.

Help Please!!!!!!!!!

Why didn't the new poppit program register for me? I had the old program. deleted it like you said, then downloaded the new version and after a period of time, it quit playing and told me to register it now to keep it.
