There isn't anyway to get it. If Pogo does what it did with the first one it will eventually be available. The BG that started this whole thing was made available to DHS players as a possible win. Those that won received it.

I tried to buy it and it tried to give me one gem but said that there was an error on their part.

Should be interesting to see how POGO deals with this latest screw up.
