I'm talking about the inconsiderate ass holes. They would play Spanish music from 7pm until 7am constantly. The police refused to really do anything since I couldn't get outside to talk to them. The IA's would always retaliate. When there are 10 adults and 3 children under the age of 7 living in a 3/2 duplex apartment that is a problem. They would also wake the youngest and make her cry at the top of her lungs just to annoy the neighborhood. They would take her outside at 2am and if she started to fall asleep they would jolt her awake so she would scream.

I agree with the letter writer and I do not tolerate IA's.

HA!....good one Kimberb....

I like his constant reminders about how "You are the one supposedly in charge over at 2140" and the "dim bulb" comment is a classic...I'll have to remember that one
