not sure this is the answer you are looking for, but it's all I could find about the badge
Super Secret Badges (or just Secret Badges) are awarded when you complete a Mix-n-Match album of 20 badges. They are awarded randomly, so you never know which one you'll get. The Super Secret badges you've earned are found in your Special Edition badge album.
