You'll need your receipt for the original purchase and, also, provide the original email address for verification.  You can have them send the info to the new email, I believe, but the purchase is probably listed under the old addy.  Try contacting badgehelp@aol.com.  If there's anything else that I've left out, Homer or Mayhem will chime in and get you going on the right path.

I purchased the 3 Bagger several years ago.  My old computer got a virus on it and I had to get a new computer recently.  I need to know how to get the 3 Bagger to work on the new computer (Windows7).  I have a temporary 3 Bagger.  How do I activate the old 3 Bagger?  Also, my email address changed too but not sure if I should list it here in case this question is posted so all can see.
