the sn you use on the account is suspended which is a 72 hour suspendsion. the only way to get around is is creating a new sn.

I have no idea how i got suspended but its been 10 days now, maybe they know I've been using an auto.

I don't know of any, but I believe a suspension isn't permanent, like a few days.  So just sit tight, or create a new account to use in the meantime.  BTW, do you know why you got suspended?  You don't sound very suprised, lol.
