yes, the cherries are the only way to blow them up.

If you killed them, you should get credit.  Different zombies are armed differently and it takes a certain amount of "ammo" to kill each of the kinds.  Try the cherry bombs, if in doubt.  They get everything.

does anyone know what you use to blow up the zombies..i just played it through a couple times and i got rid of zombies but it didnt give me any credit..
