They have had it for a long time now. It allows you to check and download, if nessary, any or all of the autos from BadgeHelp(less). As for me, it installed fine when it first came out, but it always errors out on me now as well. It is basically just as useless as their autos.

It just installed fine for me make sure you use the install link form the badgehelp home page
