beemp skirts the legal crap because...It appears that this site is owned by a Russian... using a host from the Dominican Republic... and a dedicated IP from Sweden.

beemp3.com lets you play the song and if you like it, you can download it. The mp3s are on a third party site tho.  Don't know if it's illegal or not.  FBI hasn't shut it down like other sites.

I just use itunes...no freebies for music..it's illegal....I use to use walmart..it was so cheap and easy..
