Right now we are experiencing server problems. This should resolve itself in a few hours....

hi all
can someone help me  i have the jackbot and it was working well until i hit level 30 now it will not work  i tried to delete it and re download but it keeps saying access denied and when i try to redownload it it fails
any ideas?
