Do you mean the Monday Mix N Magic badges discounted for 8 gems?  Yes, they are gone.

New Mix-n-Match badges are available in badge central for 16 gems each. These were previously available through the Mix-n-Magic game during the week of February 20th.

Trizzle - Big Five Badge - Match 5 or more dolls in one move 280 times in 3 weeks!

Bejeweled 3 - Cube Maker Badge - Create 15 Hypercubes in 2 weeks!

Mahjong Safari - Power User Badge - Collect 150 power-ups in 4 weeks!
