i got a new computer and badgehelp was fantastic giving me new codes as i needed, i bought the whole package back when it was 110.00 and oscar has alway been great with sazyfrazy ::)

I did follow all the instructions and have sent the email over and over again.  They are not providing me with the new code.

Over the weekend I had a major computer crash and lost everything.  I had all my receipts and managed to recoup all of the cheats except for HarvestMania.  I have emailed them several times to no avail.  They don't answer my emails and provide me with the registration code that I need....anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do at this point?   :'(

I have provided them with all the information they needed but they are not providing me with what I need?

Help!
