ETA:  It's best to set the PB auto on REPLAY UNTIL 3 STARS so that the level will keep playing over as it is hard to get three stars. 

I came looking how to get Lap 5, and I must thank you. I actually used BW Jetty and got it in less than 15 minutes using replay. Thanks so much for the tip

This Marathon was very easy once you know what to use :)

For me, lap 5 was the hardest.  To make it easier on yourself, play the Beijing option and The Forbidden City level.  You will get credit for removed challenge cards even if you don't win the level.  The Forbidden City level is the second level in Beijing.  Good luck.
