Yes, this issue has been resolved. I missed their update yesterday afternoon.

Update: This issue has been resolved. The Pogo Daily Sudoku Spring Adventure Week 3 Badge is now working correctly and players will achieve progress. Thank you for your patience while the Pogo team worked to fix the issue.
