As many of you know, Pogo recently transitioned to the EA Network for all sign-ins. One change this introduced is that Pogo members now sign in with their email address as opposed to their Pogo screen name.
If you are attempting to sign in with an account that you have not used in a long time, you may need to update your account. Since you can no longer sign in with your screen name, there are a couple extra steps to get going. Here's how!
Step 1: Visit the Pogo sign-in page.
Step 2: Choose the "Having trouble signing in?" option.
Step 3: Choose the "I used to sign in with my Pogo screen name" option. This will start the update process for your account. If you cannot remember your screen name or password, you can use the recovery options available.
Step 4: Complete the instructions to update your account. This is a quick, guided process that only takes a couple minutes for most players.
After that, you'll be ready to sign in to Pogo using your email address and Pogo password.
