thank you missy.
barb the only java it showed was java sun 1.5.0_02, so i checked it and rebooted and ran it but it still froze up and didnt work.thank you.

You can change ur display name by clicking on profile (which is next to search) then click on account related settings.  Then type in a new display name..which will be displayed in the forum.  HOWEVER..when you sign in to this website you will have to use the original name that was created in here..not the new display name.

When describing computer specs when having problem with jigsaw auto what does "smooth edges of screen fonts checked or unchecked" mean? How do I check or uncheck this and which one do I want? Checked or unchecked?
