Hi, upset.  I'm sorry you're having trouble.  We don't have anything to do with the autos and the keys.  PlayBuddy is the site you want to contact.  As Mayhem (message above) says, your best bet is to email [email protected] and they will be able to assist you with this.  I've emailed PlayBuddy and they always respond.  GOOD LUCK!

I purchased play buddy two days ago..the Key# U sent me does not work..Ive contacted U..but Ive not had any satifaction..it still does not work..it needs to be fixed or my money returned

 panic button.gif Hi, I need help with the playbuddy app. I have tried everything to get it to work and it still keeps giving me the message error...blocked by antivirus or firewall. I have turned off everything and turned off the firewall and still nothing. I don't know what I am doing wrong.

The mystery has been solved!

Load up Internet Explorer and go to : Tools > Internet Options > Advanced Tab

Scroll down to the "Security" section and uncheck "Do not save encrypted pages to disk". Click the "Apply" button and everything should work fine again.

Mine works fine, but if you need a new or updated buddy let Mayhem know. He helped me on my old laptop when it wouldn't work.

Mine still won't download correctly, and I hadn't changed anything when this all started.  I was in the middle of playing for a badge in Bingo.  And I sure wasn't installing anything new at that time.
