You can click on an object to get more details on it. Also, use your mouse wheel to zoom in and out.

I clicked on individual pieces and it said debris A LOT.  Some were parts of space ships or "pay loads" - whatever that means.

Over on the left-hand side you can actually select the option do you want to view. Debris is not selected. Inky, I don't recommend that you select debris.
