Correction:  I was able to get about 20 badges.

There are some sale items that aren't appearing on the sale page for me, regardless of the parameters I choose.  They are listed, however, for sale, on the retiring tab.  I bought ALL the 4 gem badges regardless of pogis.  I bought all 8 gem badges, too.  I love a 50% off sale!
