Nope I do not have access. I posted on the forums and this is what a mod said:

Garden Blast is in a soft launch release, meaning it's only been randomly released to some players.

An announcement will be posted on the Blog page when the game is fully released to all players.

To read the bi-weekly Construction Zone Blog, click the Community tab at the top of the home page and select POGO BLOG from the menu.

Near the top right hand side of the next screen, click "Read The Latest Blog Post."

Garden Blast should be available for all players. It's been out for sometime now.

I have to ask. Is Garden Blast available to all players. I have yet to gain access to that game.

General fixes:
- Resolved audio being muted upon minimizing and relaunching on Safari browser
- Resolved MnM collection completion badges not being awarded
- Resolved missing title of Friends Block Page
- Resolved Free/Guest players who could not continue playing games after ads
- Resolved "try again later" pop-up that happens when starting a new game

Mahjong Sanctuary fixes:
- Resolved wave background within the game

Jungle Gin fixes:
- Resolved cards flickering when being drawn or discarded

Jet Set Solitaire fixes:
- Resolved game being stuck at splash screen

Garden Blast fixes:
- Resolved difficulty issues within the game

Claire Hart Classic fixes:
- Resolved "Clicking too fast" text and now it's properly aligned with the popup
