That had to of been scary!

I've only spun out once, but that was during a winter storm and no one else was on the road. I managed not to hit anything either.

That happened to me once.  A car hit me on the drivers side and send me careening across the entire highway in really crowded traffic.  Not a single other car hit me.  It was a miracle.
