Yeah, that's when I got mine as well. This offer ended on January 18th, so that took Pogo quite some time to award the badges ...

They never hand out these badges right away for these kind of things. Takes them time to give them out.

I know, right?  I was wondering this a couple of days ago.  Once the receiver uses the promotion, the criteria have been met.  They should give the challenge more quickly.
