Here is an update on this issue :

Hi everyone,

I know many have asked what is going on with the Mahjong Sanctuary badge from the 25 days of Pogo. We sent out the badge on Monday, 1/8/24, but a few didn't get the badge. We investigating what happened and will have an update when we have more information.

Wow, very slowly. I see others on the Pogo forum are having the same issues.
