I ended up doing that and got the Badge. I just can't keep up with some of these challenges. Especially the Home Story. 
I won't be completing the Pet Lovers Celebration as I can't complete the Home Story. Oh well . It is what it is

If you're still trying for the Home Story badge, you can double dip with the new event that started today.  The 3rd challenge is Home Story and the first two challenges are super easy to complete.  It's worth doubling for Home Story.
