My guess is that there were so many negative comments that weren't too constructive, so they quit adding the comments box to the end of the survey. 

This one really focussed on the negatives as well, which doesn't happen often.

My suggestion is that they do one on favourites - to play, to look at, badges, and keep the choices to a minimum.  I find the "definitely / sort of definitely / undecided" polling structure too indefinite.
