Before EA bought Pogo we could get the past weekly challenges as personal ones at a later date. I assume that is why it shows them, but the date always changes to the following week when badge day gets here.

You can't, those are the weekly challenges for October 30th – November 5th. I'm not sure why they're showing up as personal challenges though.

I have 3 personal challenges that always show they will be available to activate on badge day, but when badge day gets here the date changes to the next badge day. 

How am I to get these?
