I got it done for both accounts.  Level 7 needed 2 p/u's to get it done but it's worth it for the feathers.  Good luck!

A new Mahjong Sanctuary event called Burnaby Having Tea has started!

If you complete the event, you'll win extra feathers and a new badge. To get started, just click on the party hat icon in the lower left hand corner of the game map.

This event ends on June 4th.
