The issue has been resolved. You can now adjust your time zone in your profile page.

Welcome to the forum!

The option should appear under your Profile / Look and Layout settings, but I can see it's missing. It looks like something changed in the latest forum update, so I'll work on getting that corrected today.

I don't think you can.
I believe its set to Pogo time, tho I could be wrong. 
Its set by the site if I'm not mistaken.

Hello I just joined this forum and I can't figure out how to fix the clock that I see at the top to my time, How do I change the clock to my time? As I noticed it looks like it is showing pacific time and I am in eastern time zone
