Read the messsage again.  I think you read contiguous as contagious.   Contiguous as in all the pieces are in one place on your disk.

That's right.. contiguous good, contagious bad. ;)

How come I am running my anti virus software constantly and also have a fire wall (always have had both and both operation) that I have contagious files when I run a defrag on my PC?
