I've made that mistake before.  Make sure you put the code in first and explanation second.

Oh, and multiple emails normally don't help.

i truly hope so and as i said i normally get very quick replies(and did first time) i started sending emails over 12 hours ago to get new code after i realized my mistake.Thanks for reply though.

i sent for a lost reg code and got a quick reply but i accidently got 2 of the letters backwards and now i cant get a reply.What can i do??
