Mine works on the single card or 3 cards, but not 6 cards.  How many cards are you trying to play?

i had that problem when i first got it a year or so back and the only thing i changed was what my desktop looked like, i took the picture away and then it worked, dont know if that will help for you or not but it worked for me.......

Try switching your java to VM. Restart browser.

I have downloaded v1.8  on 3 seperate occasions, registered it and no matter what I do I can't get it to work.  It loads and then just sits there.  I have tried downloading the free trial on 2 of my other computers and it works fine there, but not on my main computer.

I have sent in a bug report all 3 times, and my email is returned saying mailbox is full, and have heard  nothing back from the report that is automatically sent.

Any ideas?

1) Operating system - XP
2) Browser - IE
3) Color setting - 32bit
4) Screen resolution - 1024x768
5) Smooth edges of screen fonts - unchecked
6) What Java you are using - Sun Java
7) Is anything at all happening when you start the program - It just sits there and does nothing.
