There are a bunch of tips if you search but I got mine in 50 rounds (maybe lucky)

Try starting in the corners, wait til the reactor is rocking (even if you have to sit for a bit) and avoid jumping around near the reactor if you can, cross you fingers, luck has ALOT to due with it
