Ack!! every time i open trouncer, it says i need to register, and gives me a new code. why??

oops twice. Sorry, posted to the wrong forum, i know it should have gone to technical *doh*
and i was wrong, it doesn't seem to be giiving a different code each time i open it, but i registered it again after a puter reformat, used it, closed it, and today it says i need to register it and gives a new code. :o
