4)if you get banned you CAN just make another name they wont ban you (your IP) from the site, but thats not garunteed

Hey there. its me again. Im sorry if im asking dumb questions but here they are anyways. tuff shizzle

1) How many accounts on P can you make?
2) If Im cheating on 1 of my accounts, will the other be banned too?
3) If I make 2 accounts, and use the same address on both, and one gets caught, will they just ban the other one cus the addresses are the same?
4) If my account gets banned, can i make another? or do they ban u from the website or something?
