I have used Opera before and its an OK browser, besides the dreaded text ads at the top of it you cant get rid of unless you register it, Other than that to me it works fine. try Maxthon also, thats pretty good as well.

That's strange. I've never had that problem unless you count the dreaded pogo Cripes! error. >:(

I agree...Firefox has never "crashed" on me.  I frickin love it.  Maybe try to delete your current version and download it again.  I think they are at 1.0.8 right now (8th update).

Also, i think the other one you are speaking of is called "opera" (i think).  And I am with you, I would be nervous about downloading it because I have not heard much about it.

Good Luck!

I'll be playing a game or doing pretty much anything on the web, then poof it's gone. I try to reopen it and it won't work. I usually end up rebooting, most of the time after rebooting it works again, but several times I've had to reinstall it to get it to work again.

There's also the Netscape browser.

Also Smart Browser.

When you say firefox crashes on you, what do you mean?

I have IE 6 and Firefox. I read in another post Oprah (think that is how you spell it) has a new one out, just leary of trying another browser with a bunch of bugs to be worked out. Firefox crashes >:D on me all the time. So any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
