I have noticed in the last few months many of my paypal receipts have been filtered by my isp.  I think this is because of all of the fake paypal emails that are going around.
So now I make it a habit to check my webmail, through my isp.

Does anyone have a phone number for PayPal? I have purchased several autos recently through them and they not only haven't sent confirmation to my e-mail address, but when I go into their site I can't log on because they say my password is wrong. I requested that they send me my password but again they do not e-mail me. Please HELP! :'(
