Ummm, you got lucky.....Depeche Mode was in town and I rocked it late in the night with Davy Gahan and crew....came back all fired up and started shooting codes out of my rear hind quarter....

I too sent out a request for a pass code after 3am and found a reply from BH in under 30 minutes. It was very unexpected but totally appreciated! Thumbs up to the BadgeHelp team! You guys really put the "Service" in Customer Service O0  Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication ;)

It is 3:35 am est sunday morning  I sent Badgehelp a request for a code I had already registered about 2:00  hous prior.  I was not expecting a response no time soon because it was late in the middle of the  night when I made the requst-- but guess what I received it in under 2 hrs.
